Emma Donnelly is an experienced science communicator, educator, presenter and facilitator. She has spent decades making complex scientific ideas understandable, engaging and enjoyable for audiences in Australia and internationally.

Culinary Science grew from her experience on My Kitchen Rules. This launched her fascination with what happens when science and food collide... oh and from a habit of asking “why?” too often in the kitchen.

Her work sits at the intersection of food, science, curiosity, experimentation and pleasure. She believes that understanding the science behind a dish makes the eating experience richer, and that the kitchen is one of the best places to start.

Through Culinary Science, Emma shares stories, experiments, recipes and live experiences that invite people to see the wonder hiding in everyday ingredients.
